Thank you for shopping with Shahenur Fashion. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the following terms.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following must apply:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it (i.e. no damage, alteration, stains, etc.).
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Items with tags removed or original packaging damaged.
  • Custom-made or personalized items (if any).
  • Underwear, swimwear, or other hygiene sensitive items (depending on your policy) — only if permissible by local regulations.
  • Sale, clearance, or close-out items (unless defective).

3. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong product, or it arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within [X days] of delivery:

  • Provide your order number.
  • Describe the issue and include photos of the damage/defect.

We will, at our discretion:

  • Arrange for a replacement of the correct item (subject to availability), OR
  • Refund the cost of the product (and sometimes shipping) to you.

4. Return Process

If you wish to return a product (that meets eligibility criteria):

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
  4. Items should be shipped back in their original packaging, securely, to avoid damage in transit.

5. Refunds, Exchanges, & Credits

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your return was approved or rejected.
  • If approved:
    • A refund will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, mobile banking, etc.), OR
    • An exchange or store credit may be offered (if you prefer, and/or if the item is unavailable).
  • Refunds will normally be processed within [X] business days after receipt of the returned item and inspection.
  • Shipping costs of the original order are generally non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

6. Timeframe for Refunds

  • Refund / credit processing will take up to [7-10 / 14] business days depending on your payment method and bank or mobile operator.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and subject to the return rules above.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If after refund approval you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe (see above), first check with your bank / payment provider.
  • Then, contact us with your order number. We’ll check on our system and resolve the issue.

9. Cost of Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged and shipped so it arrives safely.

10. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

  • These return & refund policies are subject to the ecommerce / consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.
  • In case of any dispute, you may also have rights under local law that cannot be waived by these policies.
