Welcome to Shahenur Fashion (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://shahenurfashion.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products via the Site. By accessing or using the Site, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • “Customer,” “you,” “your” means any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Site or purchasing products.
  • “Products” means goods offered or sold via our Site.
  • “Order” means your request to purchase Products from us.
  • “Service” means the Site and any related services offered by us.

2. Eligibility & Account

  1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Site and place orders.
  2. You agree to provide true, current, complete and accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if your account is compromised.

3. Product Information, Pricing & Availability

  1. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of our Products. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are completely accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
  2. Prices shown on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, correct errors, or discontinue Products.
  3. Product availability is subject to stock. If a Product is out of stock after you place an Order, we will notify you and may refund your payment or offer alternatives.

4. Orders, Payment & Confirmation

  1. Placing an Order via the Site constitutes an offer by you to purchase the Products under these Terms.
  2. We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order in whole or in part (for example due to stock, payment verification, or errors).
  3. The contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an Order confirmation (via email or within your account).
  4. Payment must be made by one of the methods we accept (credit card, mobile banking, etc.).
  5. You warrant that any payment method you use is valid, legally yours, and has sufficient funds or credit.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  1. We will arrange for delivery of Products to the address you specify, subject to our shipping policy.
  2. Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, logistics, customs).
  3. If we cannot deliver within a reasonable timeframe, we may cancel the Order and refund you.
  4. You are responsible for inspecting the Products at delivery. If damaged or incorrect, notify us promptly (see Returns policy).

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  1. You may request cancellation of an Order within [X hours/days] of placing it, if it has not yet been dispatched.
  2. Returns are accepted based on our Return & Refund Policy (which should be linked or included). Conditions may include original packaging, tags intact, unused condition, etc.
  3. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment or as store credit, per our policy.
  4. Shipping costs (to return items) may or may not be refundable, depending on the reason for return.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software — is our property or used with permission and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  2. You may view, download, or print extracts of content only for your personal, non-commercial use.
  3. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct / Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Site in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent.

  5. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, disruptions in logistics or communications).

11. Amendments / Changes to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
  2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved by the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh (or alternative dispute resolution if specified).

13. Severability & Waiver

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, that provision will be struck out and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  • No waiver by us of any breach or default by you shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
